Job Description:

The Data Analyst Intern will support the UK Large Enterprise Sales Team by providing strategic and tactical insights, monitoring performance, and delivering actionable customer data analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various data extraction and manipulation techniques (R/SQL/Python/MS Excel) to analyze historical trends.
• Perform data-driven deep dive analyses on strategic topics such as new vertical analysis and merchant churn.
• Develop and automate dashboards to help Sales Teams identify new opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of our merchant business against goals, identifying areas of over or underperformance.
• Assist the Enterprise Sales team with strategic and tactical decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to run data extraction queries; knowledge of R and Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and an interest in a career in Analytics.
• Ability to interpret and derive business insights from data and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Currently enrolled in a university degree program.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Science, or other numerate disciplines.
